Fireview is a web-based application that allows users to view and manage their Google Firebase Firestore databases. The Service requires authentication through your Google account and access to your Firebase projects.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to access the Firebase projects you connect to
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIREVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Data and Backups

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your Firestore data. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unintended modifications that may occur through your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out and revoking access through your Google account settings.
